Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton with all original certificates and appraisals.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid, insured shipping label provided by our team to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
